E          : Good Morning Wira's speaking, what may i assist                      you please.
G          : Good Morning, I want to talk with Mr. Smith
E          : Certainly sir, I’ll try to transfer you to Mr.Smith              please wait sir

2.      E          : Do you have any massage for Mr. Smith sir?
G           : Yes

3.      E          : May I have your name sir?
G           : Andrew Smith

4.      E          : Sir, if you have any problem, you can come                       to Front Office. Front Office staffs will                 be delighted to help you.
G         : Ok, thanks.

5.      G         : I want to book superior room
E          : I’m sorry sir, we are fully booked for that room, but we have
            another rooms for deluxe and ocean view room, which want do
            you like sir?

6.      E          : Do you need anything else, Sir?
G         : No, thanks.

7.      G         : Can you help me?
E          : Certainly sir, how may I help you?

8.      E          : Sir, would you like to fill this form?
G         : Yes, sure.

9.      G         : You made mistake in writing my name.
E          : I’m sorry Sir, I’ll check for you again. May I have your name
            once again sir? Your name is . . . . (afterwriting the guest’s name,
spell the guest’s name with internationalspelling system to avoid
the same mistake)

10.  G         : Do you know where I can find a good Italian restaurant?
E          : I’m sorry sir, I don’t know. But, I’ll ask for GRO to accompany
            you to find a good Italian restaurant, please wait Sir.
Handling Complain

Employee        : wirayusa speaking. How may I help you sir?
Guest           : I have problem with my cable TV in my room, it                  can’t turn on.
Employee        : All right sir, I’ll ask for Engineering Department                  to fix your TV, they will be in your room as soon                  as  possible. Do you need anything else, Sir?
Guest               : No, thanks.
Employee        : All right sir, have a nice day.
